Not everything can be changed,

but everything can be renewed.

Heather is a dedicated action researcher and specialist in mindset change. She is the creator of Systemic Renewal, a research methodology for renewing identity at individual, organisational and societal levels simultaneously.

She works with leaders of systemic change and reconciliation in contexts recovering from institutional failure. These include:

// government and private sector leaders in post-conflict settings;d vision  mission

// leaders of indigenous reconciliation and reparation programs;

// faith leaders rebuilding trust with society; and

// leaders of climate justice.

Her groundbreaking, trademarked program was crafted collaboratively with global leaders at the Caux Palace in Switzerland. Now, Heather is extending her transformative approach to corporate, government, and non-profit sectors.

She holds degrees in Law, Theology, Education, and Leadership Studies, and is currently in the final stages of submitting her PhD, developing a pedagogy for systems change inspired by Franciscan social reform. She was ordained an Anglican priest in 2010.

Like her namesake, 'Heather,' she has learned to flourish in harsh conditions. As a survivor of abuse in the church, Heather is sensitive to the inherent dangers of religion, especially when forced or coerced. Her programs are academically grounded and accessible to people of all faiths and none.
